“Your account is not eligible for TikTok Shop”
TikTok has determined the account does not meet the requirements to access TikTok Shop features, either as a seller or as a creator in the affiliate program. This can be due to account age, follower count, region, or a previous policy violation on the account.
Common causes
- Account is fewer than 30 days old (TikTok requires account age minimums for Shop access)
- Follower count is below the minimum for creator affiliate access (1,000 followers for affiliate program)
- The account is registered in a region where TikTok Shop is not available
- A previous permanent ban or major policy violation on the account prevents Shop access
- The account type is set to Personal rather than Business or Creator

Visit seller.tiktok.com to confirm requirements. They vary by country and are updated as TikTok expands the program.
Switch your account type to Business or Creator
Go to TikTok Settings → Manage Account and change your account type. Personal accounts cannot access TikTok Shop seller or affiliate features.
Build to the follower minimum if the issue is count
The affiliate program requires 1,000 followers in most regions. There is no shortcut — focus on organic growth before reapplying.
Submit an eligibility review request if you believe you qualify
If you meet all requirements and are still blocked, submit an eligibility review request through TikTok Shop Help Center with your account details.
Confirm your region is supported
TikTok Shop is currently available in: US, UK, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. Accounts registered outside these regions cannot access Shop features regardless of follower count or account age.
