By accessing or using Kalibratr (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Kalibratr.
Kalibratr is a pre-posting video audit tool for TikTok ecommerce creators. You upload a draft video, and the Service analyzes observable conversion signals — including hook timing, product visibility, demo clarity, call-to-action strength, and niche fit — and returns a diagnostic score (0–100) together with ranked recommendations for improvement.
Kalibratr is a diagnostic tool, not a performance predictor. The audit score reflects the presence and quality of measurable creative signals based on the video file you submit. It does not guarantee any specific number of views, likes, shares, saves, click-throughs, conversions, or sales outcomes on TikTok or any other platform.
TikTok's distribution algorithm is influenced by many factors outside the scope of this Service, including but not limited to platform-side ranking decisions, audience behavior, posting time, and account standing. A high Kalibratr is no substitute for testing and iteration.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use requirements, with or without prior notice.
Kalibratr offers the following plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. You authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features until that date.
Refund policy: We do not issue refunds for partial months once a billing period has begun, except within the first 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied within your first 7 days of a new Pro subscription, contact us at jakejmanley@gmail.com to request a full refund.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
You retain full ownership of any videos you upload to the Service. By uploading a video, you grant Kalibratr a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and temporarily store that video file solely for the purpose of generating your audit report. This license is strictly limited to audit processing and expires once the analysis is complete.
Uploaded video files are not retained long-term. Files are processed in temporary server storage or in memory and are not permanently archived on our servers or shared with any third party for any purpose other than generating your audit.
Audit results (your score and diagnostic output) are stored in your account so you can review your history. You can delete individual audit results or your entire account at any time.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that uploading and processing that content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
Kalibratr and all of its components — including but not limited to the software, scoring rubric, signal weighting methodology, user interface, design, brand assets, and all audit output — are the exclusive intellectual property of the operators of this Service and are protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its underlying systems beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The audit score generated by Kalibratr reflects observable creative signals present in your video file at the time of analysis, based on our scoring rubric. It is a measure of creative readiness, not a prediction of algorithmic performance. Actual results on TikTok or any other platform will vary based on factors entirely outside our control.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOOKSCORE, ITS OPERATORS, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct we deem harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at jakejmanley@gmail.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
